Tour Day 04 | Wednesday: Swai Madhopur – Jaipur At 5 am the train reaches Sawai Madhopur. All the guests go on a jungle safari in the Ranthambore National Park. This Park is onetime hunting ground of the Jaipur maharajas. Mainly known for tigers, Ranthambore is home to a wide variety of flora and fauna. After Jungle safari board the train and it leaves for Jaipur around 10 am. After lunch at a royal Palace hotel, return to the Palace on Wheels. |
Tour Day 05 | Thursday: Khajuraho (M.P.) Royal Rajasthan on Wheels Tour takes you to Khajuraho in the early morning. This World Heritage Site is one of the must see attractions in India. The erotica of Khajuraho are always an attraction to the art lovers. |
Tour Day 06 | Friday: Varanasi (U.P.) The Train arrives at Varanasi station in the early morning. This city is considered as one of the oldest surviving cities of the world. It is the quintessential city of India with river Ghats, temples, curio shops, and many more. Millions of tourists visit this city throughout the year. This is the only religious city of India which has an Indian and cosmopolitan charm. |
Tour Day 07 | Saturday: Agra (U.P.) After having breakfast on board, you go out to explore the Agra City. The whole day is reserved for Agra Sightseeing tour. Onetime Mughal capital, Agra has a medieval charm. The main attractions are the marvelous Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, Baby Taj, and Tomb of Emperor Akbar. The local markets have lots of things from leather wares to marble products. When you visit Taj you feel why Taj is marvelous and why it attracts millions of tourists from across the globe. It is because of that Taj is made for love. Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan built Taj to immortalize his love for Mumtaj Mahal. Lunch is served at a restaurant of five star hotel. |
